  • Hand wash, wax & buff exterior of new & used vehicles.
  • Clean interior with vacuum, shampoo, and cleaning products
  • Engine shampoo.
  • Apply touch-up paint to chipped body surfaces.
  • Follow delivery schedule, communicate with the Business Office to confirm the delivery schedule is being followed correctly.
  • When required, check-in vehicles upon arriving from factory.
Experience & Skills
  • High speed polishing & touch up paint experience.

Dealership Accountant

The Dealership Accountant provides sales and expense analysis for all departments. The Dealership Accountant mustensure that the financial condition of the dealership is fairly represented, develop controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, maintain accurate records, and establish and maintain the data processing capabilities to accomplish the dealership's objectives.
The Dealership Accountant is also responsible for effectively managing the personnel of the accounting department. Ensuring all aspects of the department run fluidly.
Job Details
  • Plan, organize, direct and control the day-to-day operation of the accounting department.
  • Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures of the company.
  • Prepare the monthly financial statements for review and approval and submit it to the manufacturer by no later than the 10th day of the month.
  • Review, interpret and analyze the monthly financial statements.
  • Keep the General Manager informed about the trends and the cash needs of the business.
  • Develop and maintain an effective cash management system.
  • Approve all journal entries including adjustments to inventory accounts.
  • Coordinate preparation of monthly and annual forecasts for each department with the assistance of department managers.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly manager meetings.
  • Assist the HR department with payroll preparation and processing.
  • Assist with the review and analysis of contract proposals and/or quotes.
  • Ensure to the best of his/her ability that all documents are properly handled and secured and that none are missing.
  • Prepare and process all insurance claims.
  • Ensure that all mandatory government remittance deadlines are met.
  • Meet with accounting department staff on a regular basis to review and ensure that they are meeting job performance expectations.
  • Preparation of the year end accounting file for the external accountants.
  • Participate and assist in overseeing the annual physical parts inventory.
  • Maintain loss reserves for contingent liabilities and trade receivables.
  • Automate all possible systems and establish controls.
  • Prepare the daily operating control report.
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all office personnel.
  • Direct and schedule the activities of all office employees.
Specific Skills
  • Minimum of two-three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of dealership financial statements.
  • Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging and upbeat attitude.
  • Ability to solve difficult or complex problems.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Special Conditions
  • Full time work, at least 40 hours per week.
  • From time to time it is expected that the position will require in excess of 40 hours per week to complete the required job duties.

Service Advisor

The successful incumbent is a Service Advisor who quickly builds rapport with customers and can successfully multi-task in a busy and dynamic Service department.
The Service Advisor has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not exclusive to:
  • Greeting customers on the phone or in person
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Explaining the nature of repairs to customers, liaising between the technician and the customer
  • Providing repair recommendations to customers
  • Advising customers how to maintain their vehicle
  • Selling parts & labour
  • Providing an extraordinary experience for all Dupuis Ford Lincoln customers
  • Utilizing Ford corporate programs when required (i.e.: INFORD, Prior Approval)
Providing updates and escalating issues, when required, to the Service Manager

Auto Mechanic / Technician with Experience

We are looking for a Technician for a permanent year-round position with a full-time schedule. The salary will be established according to the competency card. The successful candidate will have to diagnose mechanical problems, inspect and carry out general mechanical work for the Ford brand or others.

Main Duties

  • Perform complete and accurate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and estimates, according to the manufacturer's strictest standards;
  • Analyze repair orders and vehicle inspection reports;
  • Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own rigorous inspection;
  • Document on the repair order all work performed and recommended;
  • Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs;
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and clearly explain repairs and any additional maintenance required.

Providing updates and escalating issues, when required, to the Service Manager

  • Be organized and results-oriented;
  • Be comfortable with technology;
  • Be able to work in a team;
